# Association of Worlds

*Equal terrestrial stone shelters and low platforms surround an open waterside courtyard*

A loose alliance of many civilizations — physical and non-physical — within and beyond this galaxy, of which Bashar's Essassani civilization is one member. The Association scans telepathically for invitations from societies undergoing transformation, interacts only by invitation, and will not override a world's self-created decisions. It contains a vast diversity of beings, including enigmatic civilizations never before encountered whose qualities can expand consciousness even to hear described.

## What the Association is

In Bashar's framing, the Association of Worlds (also called the Interstellar Alliance) is a cooperative of many different civilizations that have agreed to interact on principles of equality, non-interference, and unconditional love. Bashar identifies himself as a first-contact specialist within this alliance — trained by his father in the lineage of beings whose role is precisely this kind of initial communication with transforming worlds.

The contact crystal he uses is described as a representation of all the worlds belonging to the alliance, carrying both the frequency of contact and the symbol of the first-contact lineage.

Essassani (literally "place of living life" in his ancient language) is one member world of this Association — a green, park-like planet whose society largely inhabits spacecraft while remaining physically embodied, located (if its dimensional plane overlapped ours) about 500 of your light-years in the direction of the Orion constellation. Bashar presents himself and his audience as mutual ambassadors, each extending an invitation to the other to explore creation together.

## The non-interference directive

The founding ethic of all contact is non-interference. The existence of the Association is not forced upon any civilization that has not reached an evolutionary stage of willingness to communicate in positive, loving ways. The idea is not forced upon a world until that world exhibits the willingness to communicate without destructuring itself through fear, doubt, or the giving over of its own power. Bashar is explicit that they will not accept that power even if offered: "We do not want it, thank you. We have enough of our own." They are not here as saviors; they describe themselves as here to play, to share, to love, and to reflect back the power you already have to create the lives you prefer.

This is why contact remains unobtrusive. Isolated, test-the-waters interactions occur, but mass interaction waits on the society's readiness. The Association's methodology is described as the "tried and true method," refined over hundreds and thousands of interactions across many civilizations, and its primary goal is simply to establish relations — to reflect each civilization's own power back to it so it can decide freely whether to interact.

## Why contact comes through biology, not radio

Bashar offers a specific cosmological argument for why the Association communicates through channeling/biological reception rather than radio telescopes. Biological life is described as the most efficient transmitter and receiver. Each civilization exists on a different frequency of energy; without a matching of frequencies, mechanical radio devices remain invisible to each other across dimensions. Communication through beings first establishes the rapport that even allows mechanical devices to later receive the transmissions.

He further argues that your world sits in what amounts to a "radio desert": the radio phase of a civilization's technological evolution is brief, and many civilizations either never used it, used it in tightly beamed ways that do not radiate, or passed through it long ago. So the absence of detectable radio signals is not evidence of aloneness — it is an expected artifact of how short that phase is and how rarely it is used in the way your instruments listen.

## The neighborhood and the invitation to participate

Bashar gives a sense of scale: where there is life in one system, there is usually life in many surrounding systems, because they congealed from the same element-rich cloud. The rough average is one civilization per five to seven light-years in your galactic neighborhood; within a roughly 12 light-year radius, he names neighboring systems (Alpha Centauri, Barnard's Star, Sirius, Epsilon Indi, Tau Ceti, among others) as harboring civilizations of various kinds. He frames this not to pull your focus from Earth but to invite you to see your own planet as a coalition-in-waiting, each individual a stellar awareness that can form its own "association of solar systems" by learning equality among yourselves — becoming, in effect, a unified planetary civilization that can then interact on a matching frequency with others.

The Association actively invites Earth into participation. In one session Bashar launches a co-creative project: willing individuals outline how their own government might most easily release what it already knows, with the Association's role simply to compare those proposals against the tried-and-true methodologies used with other worlds. The framing is deliberate — Earth's people, as ambassadors, decide how they interface with their own and other civilizations; the Association facilitates but does not dictate.

The "fifth law" monologue deepens this invitation: Bashar opens an internal Association discussion — whether to break out "everything exists here and now" as its own fifth Law of Creation — and explicitly invites Earth's audience to participate, explaining that this gives them "a seat at the table" and a chance to practice thinking about cosmic issues. The perspectives of an emerging member civilization are treated as valid and valuable to the alliance.

## Practical implications

Take responsibility as an ambassador. The Association's model expects each individual in a transforming civilization to act as an ambassador — first of that civilization to itself, by taking back responsibility for what is feared, and then of that civilization to others. Government leaders reflect what the people have created; reclaiming power individually is presented as the precondition for peaceful contact.

> — Association Earth (text), [Source](https://sassani.app/source-transmissions/association-earth)

Match the frequency of the interaction you want. Because civilizations interact by resonant compatibility, the preparation for open contact is the same as the preparation for any aligned life: align definitions, act from positive motivation, and learn equality among yourselves. The Association does not lower its standards to meet a world; the world raises its own frequency.

> — Foreign Relations (text), [Source](https://sassani.app/source-transmissions/foreign-relations)

Do not wait for rescue. The Association's stated role is to reflect your power back to you, not to take it over. The expectation of saviors is itself a barrier to contact, because it indicates a society still willing to give its power away.

> — Foreign Relations (text), [Source](https://sassani.app/source-transmissions/foreign-relations)

These teachings are framed within an explicitly unverified contact narrative. They are metaphysical and are not assertions of verified extraterrestrial institutions, historical claims, or governmental disclosure. Where the corpus touches on what governments "know," treat it as Bashar's framing, not as established fact; it is not a substitute for evidence-based public reasoning about extraterrestrial life.

## Representative passages

The idea is that on our world there is a representation in this kind of crystalline form of all the different worlds that belong to our interstellar alliance… it carries the frequency, it carries the idea of contact.— Bashar,

The idea is not forced upon them. Until such time, and they exhibit the willingness to communicate in that way, until their entire society understands that they can communicate in a loving way… This we cannot do. And that is why we remain unobtrusive to this point.— Bashar,

Biological life is the most efficient transmitter and receiver. And so, that is why there is the communications through beings, such as yourself, that you have termed, channel.— Bashar,

since you already exist upon your planet in that way, since there is life upon your world, that you can almost guarantee that there will be at least an average of one civilization for what you would call approximately every five to seven light years of your counting in your radius around you.— Bashar,

we are opening up our doors, doors as well as our hearts to you, giving you a seat at the table, as it were, to begin a discussion with us… to know that your perspectives are valid and valuable to us.— Bashar,
