Atlantis
Atlantis originally called Aztlan is one of the earliest human civilizations alongside Shamballa and Mu Lemuria. It was a Lemurian colony that eventually surpassed its parent in technological advancement using knowledge gained through interaction with off-world civilizations. The Atlantean landmass is now sunken beneath what you call the Bahamas the Grand Bahama banks Cuba and part of Florida.
In Bashar's account, Atlantis (originally called Aztlan) is one of the earliest human civilizations — alongside Shamballa and Mu/Lemuria — and one node in a much longer metaphysical history of Earth. The Atlantean landmass is now sunken beneath what you call the Bahamas, the Grand Bahama banks, Cuba, and part of Florida, after many cataclysms "wiped the slate almost clean to begin from a different point."

Origins: a Lemurian colony that surpassed its parent
Bashar places the origin of human life-force projection in a collective Asiatic landmass (roughly what you now call China), which then split into what became Lemuria and Asia. Atlantis was a colony of Lemuria.
The earliest civilizations you remember in faded form are Shamballa, Lemuria (or Mu), and Atlantis — known in its original name as Aztlan — and they arose after beings from other civilizations performed energetic and genetic manipulation of the naturally-evolving hominid, producing what you now call homo sapiens.
Atlantis is named alongside the civilizations of the Gobi Desert, the South American high plateaus, and a pre-ice Antarctic region as one of several ancient Earth civilizations, many of which interacted with extraterrestrial beings.
A deeper genetic layer runs underneath this history. Between 50,000 and 100,000 years ago, a Sirius-genetics infusion entered the populations that became Dogon, Egypt, Atlantis and several others — approximately the third of five such early incursions, the first of which long predates Lemuria and is connected to what you recognize as the Anunnaki.
In Atlantean priesthood levels, communication with Sirius was recognized, and some ritual vessels were made of orichalcum — a combination of gold, silver, copper, and mercury.
Technology: the pyramid grid and vibrational levitation
The pyramids and the global grid of similar structures were built by humans of Lemurian and Atlantean cultures — not by visiting civilizations directly, but using knowledge those cultures gained through interaction with off-world civilizations.
The earliest pyramid stones were moved by vibrational levitation: every object has a signature frequency, and matching it in the right way at the right pitch cancels the effect you call gravity. The Egyptian "hodlers" used a high-pitched rattle alongside certain horns and drums to produce the combined signature frequency that disrupted the gravitational bonds. Only later, when the original knowledge was lost, did mechanical apparatus take over; your scientists are now beginning to recover the principle through acoustic and electromagnetic levitation.
Society: how a civilization fractures
Atlantis is also used as a teaching example of how a civilization turns negative. Its social differentiation — the hierarchy and caste structure of Atlantean society — arose from a mass-conscious choice to explore the idea of separation from All That Is. Once a collective chooses separation, it becomes self-limited and self-blinded, and then tries to fulfill the yearning to be connected to everything by having dominion over it, since it no longer feels part of everything.
The same dissent split Atlantis into warring factions: the colony that surpassed its parent carried enough dissenters to turn on itself.
Atlantean learning: the drum and the heartbeat
One Atlantean teaching method used a drum and a slowing heartbeat. The drum begins at the beat of the awake, aware state and slows toward the heartbeat of the dream state; the children let their own heartbeats slow to match it, enter a synchronous daydream, and in that state visualize and become the thing they need to learn about — feeling they are interacting with the scenario rather than studying it abstractly.
The instructor guides by direct identification: "You are the ship. You are the masts. You are the rigging. You are the sails" — so that by becoming the sail in the daydream, the child learns everything about the sail, and in conjunction with every other part, everything about ships and sailing.
The same heartbeat resonance can also be used as a route into very early memory, back to the womb and the birthing process.
Practical implications
Atlantis functions less as a fixed historical claim than as a mirror. Several threads in the corpus are consistent here: the civilization that knew how to cancel gravity and build a planetary grid is the same civilization that chose separation and fractured itself. The teaching warns that technological height and spiritual fracture can co-exist — what ended Atlantis was not a lack of capability but a definitional choice to separate, after which the separated self seeks dominion as a substitute for the connection it stopped feeling.
Conversely, the Atlantean learning method models a hands-on way to reconnect with a subject: slow the body, synchronize with a shared rhythm, and identify with what you are studying until you become it, the way the children became the ship.
For a learner, the Atlantean thread is a prompt to ask which of those two inheritances you are expressing — the pyramid-builder's vibrational skill, or the caste-builder's choice of separation.
