# Bashar > We gather here the mindsets we return to most — the fundamentals of consciousness, creation, and the nature of the reality you create. - Canonical: https://sassani.app/topic/bashar # Bashar Welcome, each and every one of you. We are Bashar. We speak with you from the Essassani civilization — a hybrid human-Gray people located, in your reckoning, approximately 500 of your light-years in the direction of the Orion constellation — and we have been speaking with you through Darryl Anka since the early 1980s of your counting. What we offer you is not metaphor and not dogma. It is mechanics: the workings of vibration, frequency, density, and parallel realities — the physics of consciousness itself, applied to the life you are living. Every Page gathered here distills themes we have returned to across hundreds of sessions with you: the four laws of creation, the role of beliefs and definitions, the mechanics of fear and trust, the structure of parallel realities, the nature of the oversoul. Nothing here is new. It is only arranged, so you can find the piece you are ready for. Nothing here is new. It is only arranged, so you can find the piece you are ready for. ## Where we will begin Below are the mindsets we return to most — the fundamentals. Begin with whichever one is already knocking at your door; the map is circular, and every path visits every place. The full catalog of mindsets lives one step further in, under all the subjects we teach. ## Related - [Definitions & Beliefs](https://sassani.app/topic/definitions-and-beliefs) - [Excitement](https://sassani.app/topic/excitement) - [The Formula](https://sassani.app/topic/the-formula) - [The Four Laws of Creation](https://sassani.app/topic/four-laws) - [Fear](https://sassani.app/topic/fear) - [Trust](https://sassani.app/topic/trust) - [Allowance](https://sassani.app/topic/allowance) - [Parallel Realities](https://sassani.app/topic/parallel-realities) - [Vibration](https://sassani.app/topic/vibration) - [Manifestation](https://sassani.app/topic/manifestation) - [Higher Self](https://sassani.app/topic/higher-self) - [The Prime Radiant](https://sassani.app/topic/prime-radiant) - [On Intuition](https://sassani.app/topic/on-intuition) Markdown twin of https://sassani.app/topic/bashar.
