# Chakras

The chakra system, in Bashar's teaching, is a symbolic map of the energy centers in the body — root, emotion/sacral, solar plexus (intention), heart, throat (expression), third eye (psychic), and crown (spiritual divination). Bashar treats it less as a fixed anatomy than as a working symbol: the centers can be raised in vibration, cycled in a self-feeding loop, mapped to colors, geometric forms, and senses, and read as a grid that correlates to the maturation cycles of a life. The work is practical — balancing and aligning these centers — not dogmatic.

## Seven centers and what each carries

Bashar names the seven centers in order, each with its own functional meaning: the root chakra grounds the physical connection; the second (emotion) center carries feeling and instinct; the solar plexus is the chakra of intentional energy; the heart carries love; the throat carries expression; the third eye is the psychic center; and the crown is the spiritual divination center. The first three deal with physiological connections; the upper four deal with spiritual, emotional, and mental connections. By age seven, a child has combined all of these into a recognition of a certain level of autonomy — what your societies call the "age of reason," the completion of the first cycle through all seven.

## The seven-by-seven maturation grid

The most distinctive chakra teaching Bashar gives is the seven-times-seven maturation grid. Each year of physical life corresponds to the energy of one of the seven chakras, and the cycle repeats on seven-year bands, each band colored by the next overall chakra. The first seven years express all seven centers within the context of the root; years eight through fourteen express all seven again on the level of the second (emotion) chakra; the third cycle (seven-year band) expresses them through intention; and so on. Seven times seven — your first forty-nine years are the exemplification of going through the chakra system seven times seven, bringing you to full maturation, after which a new cycle of integration and creative expression begins around year fifty.

This grid can be used as a interpretive tool, much like an astrological chart: by laying the seven-by-seven grid over someone's life you can read, in general and sometimes specific terms, what issues they are examining at a given age and what energy is coloring that period. Bashar applies this directly in session, telling a questioner turning 29 that she is completing the root-chakra year of her fifth (expression/communication) cycle — which is why she is growing in the form of channeling — and that the spleen sensation she has been feeling is connected to expression (the phrase "vend your spleen" means express yourself), so the energy center there needs opening.

## Kundalini as the linking, balancing energy

Kundalini is described as high-vibratory energy that links and balances all the energy points of the system and connects you directly to the vibrational alignment with source. Bashar frames the whole question of whether to work with kundalini as a question of permission slips — does the tool work for you? If it does, it is valid for you; the framework is integral, balanced exploration of joy, excitement, and pleasure, expressed in a positive manner to the best of all concerned.

The same session reminds the questioner that what you think of as "being human" is not yet the full humanity you are becoming — the restrictions and resistances you put on your own true vibration make you less than fully human. Absorbing these ideas and letting the natural energies flow is the way, for now, of becoming more fully human.

## The throat, the sky, and the solar plexus

Each center's color and function can be drawn upon symbolically. The throat chakra, the center of communication, is associated with the color blue — and Bashar allows the association between that blue and the blue of the sky. The sky can serve as a reflective symbol of the electromagnetic field around your planet that expresses the mentality through which you are all connected telepathically; the blue hue represents the access to each being that is inherent within the electromagnetic atmosphere you breathe. It is an arbitrary symbol, not a mechanical necessity, but it is a symbol you can rely on within your imagination.

The solar plexus is named the "chakra of intention" and is also the seat of the gut feeling — the inborn ability to read the vibration of an individual and understand their intentions. "Reading vibration is an ability you already use as a 'gut feeling' in the solar plexus; it only needs attention, not development."

## Each center maps to a form, a color, and a sense

In the keys-to-ascension framework, the seven chakras are one of four parallel tracks — the others being geometric forms, colors, and senses — that rise together as you raise your vibration. The root maps to the cube, the color red, and the sense of touch; the second (sacral/belly) to the four-sided pyramid, orange, and hearing; the third to the tetrahedron as mass is shed; the forms progress through octahedral (a balance point tied to breath and oxygen), the tesseract/hypercube (the aetheric or astral state, connected to the third eye and the true sixth sense of direction governed by magnetite in the sinus cavities), and finally the crown — represented not as a static point but as a rotating torus, a donut shape rotating in every direction at once. That torus, hovering above the head, is the true shape of the crown chakra gate, and it is what religious paintings have rendered as the halo: "Now you understand that you all have halos. You are all angels in waiting."

## Pain in a center points to a definition

Chakra pain is treated as a signal about a belief, not as a mechanical malfunction. When a questioner reports long-held pain in the second chakra, Bashar asks one diagnostic question — "Do you trust your gut? Do you trust your instincts?" — and reads the hesitation itself as the answer (no). "Trusting your gut hunch, your instinct, will allow you to smooth out that chakra." The second chakra clears when you choose to act on your own inner knowing rather than second-guessing it.

The larger principle behind this: pain is the result of resistance to the natural self, and resistance comes from not understanding who and what you are. When you define more clearly who and what you are, you integrate and align with yourself more effortlessly, and the energy you experience as pain transforms into effortless joy.

## Practical implications

Treat the chakra system as a working symbol, not a fixed anatomy. Use it to locate where a definition may be resisting the flow of your natural energy; each center's function (grounding, emotion, intention, love, expression, perception, divine connection) names a place to look.

If you feel drawn to a chakra-related practice (kundalini, meditation, breathwork), test it as a permission slip: does it work for you, in an integral, balanced, positively-expressed way? If yes, use it; if not, set it aside.

> — Kundalini Energy Chakra Blance Connection To Source (qa-1), [Source](https://sassani.app/source-transmissions/kundalini-energy-chakra-blance-connection-to-source)

For second-chakra (sacral) discomfort, examine whether you trust your instincts. Hesitation when asked this question is the tell; the work is choosing to act on your gut hunch rather than overriding it.

Use the seven-by-seven maturation grid as a reflective lens on your own or another's life stage: identify the overall seven-year cycle (which chakra-level it expresses) and the year within it (which center is being worked). This can clarify what themes are likely active at a given age.

Note: Bashar does not give medical directives. Chakra work as described here is a symbolic and vibrational practice; persistent physical symptoms in any area of the body should also be investigated through appropriate medical care.

## Representative passages

We perceive it as high vibratory energy, linking and balancing all the energy points of our system. And connecting us directly to the vibrational alignment with source.— Bashar,

Seven times seven. Your 49 first years of physical life are the exemplification of going through the chakra system seven times seven and thus bringing yourself to what you would consider to be full maturation.— Bashar,

Do you trust your gut? Do you trust your instincts? Hesitation usually means no. Therefore you can work on that. Trusting your gut hunch, your instinct, will allow you to smooth out that chakra.— Bashar,

It is the true gate to which passes the physical and the non-physical to join… This is the halo. This is why people have said there is a halo above the heads of enlightened people… Now you understand that you all have halos. You are all angels in waiting.— Bashar,

Pain is the result of resistance to the natural self. And resistance comes from not understanding who and what you are.— Bashar,
