# Co-Creation

*Several hands guiding separate spokes of an unfinished waterwheel with open gaps*

In Bashar's teaching, co-creation is the baseline condition of experience rather than a special event. Every interaction with consciousness — channeling, inspired work, the manifestation of personal reality, an apparently unilateral event, even the conditions of a household — is co-created. The teaching's practical edge is that recognizing this changes how you live: you stop treating experience as something done to you and start asking what part you are playing in the shared pattern, and what belief or story you are helping to sustain.

## Every experience is co-created; nothing happens by itself

The foundational statement is direct: "Nothing happens by itself. If you're experiencing it, there is at least some part of you that's involved in the co-creation somehow, especially if you believe that... you're actually having an experience of this that's affecting your life."

This is why Bashar frames the teachings themselves as a co-creation with the audience: each transmission is "the co-creation, therefore, that we will address in the calling of each other, in the sharing and the blending of the consciousness, as you are creating it with us and with yourselves."

> — Co creation (text), [Source](https://sassani.app/source-transmissions/co-creation)

Even an experience of apparent abduction or detainment is described in the same terms: "you arranged part of this. You are co-creating this, and therefore you know what you're doing, and sometimes keeping information from yourself is what you want, because it allows you to live your life in a way that you otherwise would not be able to if you knew more than you did."

## Co-creation and parallel realities

Co-creation and parallel realities are inseparable in this framework. When you change your vibration you do not force the old world to change — you shift to a parallel Earth that already holds the co-creation agreement matching your new state. "As you shift from parallel reality to parallel reality, you will simply shift to a version of Earth that already contains the versions of the people that already believe that. The other people may not shift with you."

> — Sync With Co creating Version Of Earth (qa-1), [Source](https://sassani.app/source-transmissions/sync-with-co-creating-version-of-earth)

The continuity of "the same people" is itself an illusion you are co-creating with them frame by frame: "these are different people. They may look the same, but they're not... That's an illusion of continuity that you're creating along with everyone else in the co-creation."

> — Sync With Co creating Version Of Earth (qa-1), [Source](https://sassani.app/source-transmissions/sync-with-co-creating-version-of-earth)

The practical claim is that you are "already shifting into a reality that already contains the co-creation agreement of that idea"; the work is to align your vibration, not to convert the old world.

## Co-creation as a question of participation

Bashar regularly turns co-creation back on the questioner as a diagnostic question. When a single mother described recurring disharmony that began whenever a roommate entered the household, the exchange reframed the pattern as a shared one: "You are creating a state of disharmony. We are co-creating it, certainly... What do you get out of the idea of putting yourself in situations that seem disharmonious? What story are you teaching them? What stories were you taught that you are passing along to them?"

> — Co creating And Experience Of Disharmony Game Of Chess (qa-1), [Source](https://sassani.app/source-transmissions/co-creating-and-experience-of-disharmony-game-of-chess)

The same session offers the practical exit: prefer the vibration of harmony now rather than conditioning it on a guarantee of how long it will last, because the condition is the self-fulfilling-prophecy.

> — Co creating And Experience Of Disharmony Game Of Chess (qa-3), [Source](https://sassani.app/source-transmissions/co-creating-and-experience-of-disharmony-game-of-chess)

The opening of Co creation itself frames each moment as "a continuous opportunity for you each and every one of you, individually and collectively, to act upon your own concepts, visualizations, perspectives of yourself, to live your dreams," and predicts that as you move from third to fourth density you will "immediately as you conceive it, put it into action, act upon it."

## The civilization-level form: reflection, not loss of individuality

On Essassani, Bashar describes the co-creative relationship at civilization scale: "We experience the unity through the feelings of unconditional love that we have for every single being in our society. Anyone we interact with is there for a reason, and we take it as a reflection, and we take it as a different aspect of the counterpart oversoul self, feeding back to us what it is we need to look at." Co-creation here does not erase individuality: "We still respect the individual in that sense. We do not disinherit their individuality, but we also at the same time recognize them to be an aspect of ourselves that we need to see. We simply recognize everyone as the expression of synchronicity they each chose to be for everyone else."

> — Systems Of Belief (qa-27), [Source](https://sassani.app/source-transmissions/systems-of-belief)

Co-creation, in this account, is the simultaneous recognition of individual uniqueness and shared reflection — a "this and that," not a homogenization.

## Practical implications

A learner can use co-creation as a reframe rather than as a metaphysical abstraction. When a recurring pattern involves other people — a household, a workplace, a relationship — the sessions suggest asking what belief or story you are contributing to the pattern, and what perceived benefit keeps it in place, rather than locating the cause entirely in the other.

When you prefer a different shared reality, the work is to align your own vibration to the version of Earth that already embodies it, rather than to persuade or force the present participants to change.

> — Sync With Co creating Version Of Earth (qa-1), [Source](https://sassani.app/source-transmissions/sync-with-co-creating-version-of-earth)

A second implication concerns how to read synchronous events. Bashar treats co-creation as inseparable from synchronicity — the people and circumstances you encounter are "the expression of synchronicity they each chose to be for everyone else"

> — Systems Of Belief (qa-27), [Source](https://sassani.app/source-transmissions/systems-of-belief)

— so the encounter is information about your state, not an accident to be explained away. The chapter preserves Bashar's stance that this material is offered as a reflection for use: nothing here is medical, legal, or financial direction, and the co-creative framing is not a reason to remain in an unsafe situation or to neglect ordinary responsibility for one's actions toward others.

## Representative passages

Nothing happens by itself. If you're experiencing it, there is at least some part of you that's involved in the co-creation somehow... What do you get out of the idea of putting yourself in situations that seem disharmonious? What story are you teaching them? What stories were you taught that you are passing along to them?— Bashar,

As you shift from parallel reality to parallel reality, you will simply shift to a version of Earth that already contains the versions of the people that already believe that. The other people may not shift with you... That's an illusion of continuity that you're creating along with everyone else in the co-creation.— Bashar,

You arranged part of this. You are co-creating this, and therefore you know what you're doing, and sometimes keeping information from yourself is what you want, because it allows you to live your life in a way that you otherwise would not be able to if you knew more than you did.— Bashar,

We still respect the individual in that sense. We do not disinherit their individuality, but we also at the same time recognize them to be an aspect of ourselves that we need to see. We simply recognize everyone as the expression of synchronicity they each chose to be for everyone else.— Bashar,
