# Energy Balancing

Balancing, in Bashar's framing, is a co-creative act rather than something done to someone. Energy flows toward balance from many sources — assisting civilizations, geometric shells around the planet, oils, cones, crystals, visualization, intention — but each of these operates as a trigger or permission slip that invites the individual (or the collective) to match a vibration and, in matching it, return toward a natural state. Nothing on the "outer" side of the balance heals anyone independently; the human component is required on the receiving side.

## The planetary balance requires an Earth-human component

When Bashar's civilization and others position craft around the Earth in geometric patterns, the structure is described as a balancing, filtering, and amplification system that responds to collective consciousness rather than imposing change from outside. Four Essassani craft sit at the centers of the sides of a tetrahedron (not its apices), projecting energy triangles that enclose the planet; other civilizations form cube, octahedral, dodecahedral, and icosahedral shells around it, twenty shells in all, the final one extending just beyond the Moon's orbit.

Even at this scale the balance still needs human representatives. Bashar describes thirteen human individuals living aboard extraterrestrial craft for extended periods, vibrationally linked to the thirteen crystal skulls, acting as "an ambassadorial representational council of Earth" so that the energy from assisting civilizations is "translated into earth frequencies that are more harmonious and more relevant for your particular experiential vibration."

The same co-creative logic applies at the individual level: outer tools and substances are triggers that help a person match a vibration; the matching is the participant's act.

## Equilibrium is reached, not struggled toward

A central paradox in Bashar's teaching on balance is that the more one honors the process already created — including its difficulty — the faster equilibrium arrives. Equilibrium is not "hard to achieve unless you believe it is"; it is reached by owning what has been created rather than denying it, learning from it, and applying that learning so the same difficulty need not recur. Challenge is distinguished from suffering: challenge can be positive and exciting even while equilibrium is being created, whereas suffering is an optional negative connotation laid on top.

## Substances and shapes act through resonance

Tools are described as working by resonance rather than by chemical or mechanical force. The meridian system of the body, physically represented as chains of water molecules, exists also as an energy web, and its signaling — including its relationship to genetic expression and cellular regeneration — is carried out through variations in the frequency of the electromagnetic field.

Because these frequencies are subtle, Bashar suggests detecting them by setting up a sweeping parent field and watching which substances vibrate in chord when their core pitch is hit.

Highly purified essential oils are framed similarly: as refined etheric vibrations that "energize and balance certain points and systems in the body to help bring the body back into balance," each with an affinity to a particular energy center.

## Personal balancing practices

Bashar offers an explicit visualization for balancing one's own electromagnetic discharges. Stand; recognize yourself as an extension of the Earth with your own north-south magnetic flow; radiate the energy in blue light; let it spin head-to-foot while also orbiting at the midsection, so both flows run together; form a sphere around yourself that contains both circles. The practice is framed as balancing the physiological form and the auric field with each other — "not quite so polarized, for this is what causes the discharge of energy" — and ends with the counsel, "no need to be a raw exposed wire. Sheath yourself."

The principle of becoming the change, rather than observing it from outside, also applies to balance: in a dream of elongating like a needle to pass through the eye of a needle, Bashar reads the image as "as you match the frequency of that concept, you became like that object," so that transition becomes automatic because one becomes the event of transition itself.

## Practical implications

Treat inner tools — visualization, intention, substance, shape — as permission slips that require your participation; matching the vibration is the act that returns you toward balance.

When a process feels difficult, owning what you have created and learning from it moves you into equilibrium faster than analyzing, denying, or pushing it away.

If you are doing energy or channeling work, the simple sheathing practice — blue-light flows spinning in two perpendicular planes, enclosed in a sphere — is offered as a way to reduce the polarization that produces energetic discharge.

Bashar's framing of tools as triggers rather than independent healers means these discussions are not medical or clinical guidance; for any bodily condition, the individual must first acknowledge a possible imbalance and choose to seek rebalancing, including through whatever professional support they attract to themselves.

## Representative passages

You are not trying to reach it. You are reaching it. There is a balance. There may be a challenge in understanding, but challenge does not necessarily imply a struggle in the negative connotation. […] The paradox is, the more you honor whatever you have created, the easier it will get and the faster you will go into equilibrium. It is about owning what you have created, not denying it, not pushing it away.— Bashar, The Paradox Of Creating Equilibrium (the-paradox-of-creating-equilibrium#qa-1)

These 13 act as a kind of ambassadorial representational council of Earth to aid and assist in the balancing of energy, because as we aid and assist in the balancing of energy, and as other extraterrestrial societies also do that, it still requires an Earth human component in order to have that side of the energy balanced. As the energy from us flows through them, it is translated into earth frequencies that are more harmonious and more relevant for your particular experiential vibration.— Bashar, The13Humans Living On E.t.Ships (the13humans-living-on-etships-qa-1)

Radiate from yourselves this energy in blue light. […] Allow this force to spin around you, and also orbit in the plane of your equator around your midsection, so it is going both directions. Form a sphere that contains both of these circles around you. […] Allow your physiological form and your auric field to be balanced with respect to each other, and not quite so polarized, for this is what causes the discharge of energy. […] In your channeling, no need to be a raw exposed wire. Sheath yourself.— Bashar, Space Shuttle Challenger Symbol2 (space-shuttle-challenger-symbol2#qa-6)
