# The Four Laws of Creation

Bashar describes the Four Laws of Creation as the unchanging structure of existence itself — the four conditions every being in every dimension, everywhere, every when, lives within. They are not the "laws of physics" you learn in school; those are local conditions, "generally true" but not the same in all realities. The Four Laws are different: they cannot be changed, they cannot be broken, and every experience you have ever had, are having, or will ever have is some combination of them.

The Four Laws, in order, are:

You exist. If you exist now, you always will; you may change form but you cannot become that which does not exist.

The one is the all; the all is the one. All That Is is the only substance anything can be made from, so each being is a unique perspective All That Is takes in experiencing itself.

What you put out is what you get back. Physical reality is a mirror; the vibration you give off is the experience you receive.

Everything changes — except the first three laws, which never do.

## Law One: You exist

The first law is that you exist, and existence only has one quality: to exist. That which exists can never become that which does not exist — Bashar's image is almost a joke: non-existence is already "full" of all the things that will never exist, so there is no room in non-existence for the things that do. From this he draws a direct consequence for self-worth. If you exist, then All That Is has a need for you to exist — without you, All That Is would not be all that is. So when you argue with creation about whether you should be here, you are simply wrong; creation does not make mistakes, and if you did not need to exist, you would not.

The first law lets you stop arguing with existence and treat your being here as a given. You may change your form and your expression, but you cannot change the fact that you are.

## Law Two: The one is the all, the all is the one

The second law names the single substance of creation. All That Is — call it God, Goddess, Creation, or nothing at all — does not care what you call it, because you are an aspect of it; it is only naming itself through your unique perspective. There is nothing outside it. Everything, every one, everywhere, and every when is made of All That Is, because there is nothing else from which anything could be made.

This is why Bashar can say that each person is a different perspective, a unique point of view that All That Is has of experiencing itself in a new way. It is also why he treats worthiness as self-evident: if All That Is has need of you, the question of whether you deserve to be here is already settled.

## Law Three: What you put out is what you get back

The third law is the one Bashar spends the most time elaborating, because it is where most people misunderstand the mechanics. Physical reality is literally a mirror. Whatever vibration you give off is the experience you get back, and the popular "law of attraction" is, in his terms, an accurate but partial description of this.

The key correction he makes is about effort. Many people are taught they have to work to create the vibration that would attract what they prefer. Bashar says this has the direction reversed. Your core, true signature vibration is already attracting everything that represents it. If those things are not reaching you, it is not because you are failing to attract them — it is because you are keeping them away with definitions, beliefs, and ideas of unworthiness that you picked up from someone else. Likewise, if what you do not prefer is still hanging around, it is not because it represents you; it is because you are holding onto it. The third law is really about letting go of what does not belong to you and letting in what already matches your core vibration.

This is also where Bashar locates the meaning of pain. Pain — physical, emotional, or spiritual — is the result of the resistance to your natural self. It is not a punishment; it is feedback that you are carrying a belief that does not fit you. Stop resisting who you are and everything works, because you do not need to make life work — you only need to let it.

Because physical reality is a mirror, nothing in it has built-in meaning. The greatest gift creation has given you, Bashar says, is that life is fundamentally meaningless — meaning it has no built-in meaning. You were designed to give it the meaning you prefer, and the meaning you give it utterly determines how you experience it. Every situation is neutral and can serve double duty: it can allow you to experience a positive effect or a negative one depending on how you respond to it, not on how it looks.

## Law Four: Everything changes

The fourth law is that everything changes. Change is a constant; one thing always changes from one thing into another. The only things that never change are the first three laws — they are the fixed frame inside which everything else is in motion.

The practical companion to the fourth law is the realization that you are already shifting from parallel reality to parallel reality billions of times per second. The experience you call time, movement, and space is your consciousness shifting between parallel Earths that are nearly identical to each other. When you make a greater change in your energy, you shift to a parallel Earth more different from the one you just left, and you start to notice the shifting. You never actually change the world you are on — you change yourself and shift to a parallel earth that already matches the change you made.

## The formula that uses all four laws

The simplest way to live a combination of the Four Laws that is representative of your core vibration is the formula: act on your highest passion, every moment that you can, to the best of your ability, taking it as far as you can until you can take it no further — with absolutely zero expectation of what the outcome should be.

The zero-expectation clause is load-bearing. You are split into a physical mind and a higher mind. The physical mind is designed only to know what is happening in the present; the higher mind knows how something is going to happen. When the physical mind insists on knowing how, it tires itself out — headaches, fatigue, struggle. When you hand the energy of your excitement to the higher mind without insisting on the form, the higher mind brings you a manifestation that may look nothing like you imagined, but that is truly representative of the passion state. What your physical mind thinks is the absolute ceiling, the higher mind treats as just the floor.

The same applies to definitions of abundance. There is no such thing as a lack of abundance; everything is always absolutely abundant. When you say you have a lack of abundance, you actually have an abundance of lack. The work is not to learn to be abundant — you are already doing that — but to pay attention to what form of abundance you are choosing, and change it to the form you prefer.

## Simplicity and the master class

A recurring point: the Four Laws are fundamentally simple, and Bashar is blunt that they have to be. Creation is infinitely complex and rich, but it is not complicated. Were it not fundamentally simple, it could not be infinite — it would collapse under its own weight.

He uses this to reframe how you see yourselves. Many of you think of your Earth incarnation as a kindergarten class. From Bashar's perspective, the very fact that you chose to incarnate in a reality with this much limitation, knowing you can transform that limitation into freedom and the darkness into light, makes you a master graduating class. The power and strength it takes to manifest on Earth at this time, knowing no matter how dark it gets you can still transform it into love and light, is what makes you masters. He tells you never to think less of yourselves.

## Practical implications

The Four Laws are not just cosmology; they describe how to operate. From them Bashar draws these lived consequences:

Treat your existence as a given. If you exist, All That Is has a need for you to exist. Stop arguing with creation about whether you should be here, and note that doing so is, in his framing, not humility but hubris — the arrogant claim that you alone stand outside the rest of creation.

Stop trying to attract what you prefer; identify what you are holding onto or pushing away. The work is not efforting a new vibration but releasing borrowed beliefs that do not belong to you so that what already matches you can arrive.

Treat pain as feedback, not punishment. Pain is resistance to your natural self. When you feel it, look for the belief that does not fit, rather than treating the pain as evidence that something is wrong with you or the world.

Give situations the meaning you prefer. Because nothing has built-in meaning, the meaning you assign a circumstance determines whether you experience a positive or negative effect from it. The shift is in your response, not in the outer reflection.

Act on your highest passion with zero expectation of form. Let the physical mind handle what is happening now and let the higher mind handle how it will arrive. Refusing to dictate the form lets the higher mind bring you something far beyond what you imagined.

Check your definitions of abundance, trust, and learning. Whenever you believe you have to learn something that you are already doing, you set yourself back several paces. You already manifest, you already trust, you already are abundant; become conscious of what you are manifesting, trusting in, and abundant in.

## Representative passages

Existence only has one quality: to exist. That which exists can never become that which does not exist. Those things that don't exist already fill up non-existence, and there's no more room in non-existence for the things that do exist. So there's nothing you can do about that. You will always exist if you exist now.— Bashar, Monologue Four Laws Of Creation (monologue-four-laws-of-creation#text)

Your core frequency, your core true signature vibration, is already attracting all the things that are representative of that core vibration. If those things that are representative of your true core, loving, creative, natural vibration, aren't manifesting, aren't reaching you, it's not because you're not attracting them, it's because you're keeping them away. That's the difference.— Bashar, Four Laws Of Creation (four-laws-of-creation#text)

The whole formula is, act on your highest passion, every moment that you can, to the best of your ability, taking it as far as you can possibly take it until you can take it no further, with absolutely, here it comes, zero expectation for what the outcome should be.— Bashar, Monologue Four Laws Of Creation (monologue-four-laws-of-creation#text)
