As a civilization moves up the density scale, its beings become less physiological and more purely energetic. The chapter here concerns what Bashar says about beings of much higher density than his own (seventh density and above), how they appear, and what his civilization learns from interacting with them. The teaching is presented as Bashar's account, not as verified cosmology. ## Beings of seventh density as energy constructs When asked to describe beings of much higher density, Bashar is explicit: they are not physical individuals. Beings of seventh density are mostly energy constructs, energy forms — patterns of light and electromagnetic energy.
