# Monatomics (ORMUS)

Monatomic elements — the so-called white powder gold, ORMUS materials — are, in Bashar's framing, the first level at which consciousness manifests into physical materiality. Because that is so, working with them is working at the direct interface of attitude and matter: the substance does not transmute you, it carries you to a state where your choices stick and amplifies whatever you bring. The dedicated session on this subject is the single linked source for the chapter; everything below is drawn from it, and none of it is a health protocol.

## The monoatomic state as the consciousness-matter interface

Bashar's central claim is that the monoatomic state sits at a specific place in the chain of densification: pure consciousness, then electromagnetic (spirit), then physical matter — "the same material at different degrees of densification," like steam, water, and ice. Monatomic elements are the first condensation of the aetheric into the physical, so they retain a closer bridge to the original template than ordinary metallic matter does.

This is why attitude is said to shape the result so directly at this level. When an experimenter asked whether reversing a substance from its monoatomic state back into a metallic matrix was destructive, Bashar answered that it was simply natural — "Nature does it, why not you?" — and immediately widened the point: because this is the level where consciousness first meets matter, "as your frequency of attitude, so the manifestation." The material responds to the coherence of the intent brought to it.

## Asymmetric spin and the biased universe

Underlying the monoatomic state, Bashar describes an "asymmetric spin inherent in the manifestation of aetheric energy into physical materiality." The physical universe is presented as fundamentally lopsided — slightly biased in the positive, integrative direction — and everything that translates from the non-physical into the physical exhibits that bias as a one-directional spin. That lopsidedness is what generates the spiral mathematics of nature (golden proportion, Fibonacci) and, crucially, is what allows physical materiality to grow at all; a perfectly symmetrical universe would be static.

## Superconductive versus hyperconductive

The session draws a distinction the corpus treats as a term of art. Superconductive is the unidirectional effect — voltage or amperage in one direction — produced when you collapse a broader field with intentional focus. Hyperconductive is the underlying natural state: the simultaneous overlap of many fields at once, with no particular direction. In Bashar's account, what is usually called superconductivity is really a collapsed hyperconductive field; the monoatomics induce a hyperconductive state in the body, which a person can then direct inward or outward by focused intent to produce superconductive effects.

## The Meisner field expresses — but does not create — consciousness

Asked whether consciousness is produced by superconductivity of rhodium and iridium in the brain, Bashar separated the two. The monoatomic activity is said to help produce the Meisner field in the body, which allows consciousness to express as mentality — as thought-form — in the physical domain. But it does not create consciousness itself. Consciousness is prior; the Meisner field is the medium through which it interfaces with physicality.

## Amplification, not agency

The most repeated caution in the session is that the white powder is an amplifier, not an agent. "It is assisting you to assist yourself." The monoatomics take a person to a state where it is easier to make the transmutations they want to make; they do not make those transmutations. Within that state, the substance "will magnify whatever choices you make," so the decisive variable is the purity of the chooser's self-definition, not the substance.

This is also the frame Bashar uses for the link between the monoatomics and the alchemical tradition: the white powder cannot be effective in a positive way, he says, "until the transmutation of your own idea of how you define yourself is as pure as the driven snow" — that coherency is what the substance amplifies.

## Plant sources and the broad vegetarian diet

Bashar routes the monoatomics firmly into food rather than into refined dosing for most people. Carrots, grapes, and other plants carry rhodium and iridium; violet and purple plants (flowering kale, eggplant) carry the gold frequency. The reason is structural: plants are described as "matrix conversion units" — mini fusion reactors — that transmute etheric energy directly into the monoatomic form each plant represents, so the element need not be fully present in the soil. A broad vegetarian diet is said to encounter "just about everything you needed" in this way.

Chromium recurs across the session as "a near-universal catalytic stabilizer" — the element whose presence lets other monoatomics (nickel is named explicitly) stay in and function in the monoatomic state.

## Strict cautions named in the source

The session carries two specific warnings a learner should not strip out, even though they are not medical advice:

Cobalt. Monoatomic cobalt is described as building a "thermal regulation system" that enhances the energy field, but only at "10 to 30 milligrams only" in the present human form. Above that, Bashar links it to spontaneous human combustion via flux collapse: when Earth's magnetic field fluctuates upward, it piggybacks on the cobalt frequency in the body, the body falls out of phase, and the cells disrupt — heat from the inside out, which is why the chair is said to survive when the body does not.

Single-element overload. More generally, spontaneous combustion is attributed to ingesting only one kind of monoatomic element tied to electromagnetism, accumulating it, and then falling out of phase with the collective vibration — especially when the system is toxic. Clarifying the system during any such ingestion is said to make the phase variance less likely.

These are presented as the source's metaphysical causation, not as a dosage protocol or a medical claim.

## Practical implications

The teaching's practical weight is interpretive, not prescriptive:

Notice that the decisive variable is the choice and self-definition the substance amplifies, not the substance itself; Bashar frames the work as "assisting you to assist yourself."

Prefer the dietary path the source points to — a broad vegetarian spectrum, with chromium-bearing foods as a stabilizer — over any refined ingestion, which the chapter does not endorse and which carries the named cautions above.

Treat the named warnings (cobalt above small amounts, single-element overload) as reasons to abstain from self-experimentation rather than as a recipe. The source itself frames its dosage numbers as warnings ("this is your warning").

This is a metaphysical teaching about the consciousness-matter interface, not a health, medical, or product-use recommendation; nothing here should be taken as direction to ingest, avoid, or prescribe any substance.

## Representative passages

It is assisting you to assist yourself, for that is what it does best. The monoatomics are designed specifically to allow you to be taken to a certain state where it is easier for you to make the transmutations you want to make. The white powder does not make the transmutation for you. It takes you to the state when it makes it easier for your choices to stick, but it will magnify whatever choices you make.— Bashar, Basahr Monatomics And The White Power Gold (basahr-monatomics-and-the-white-power-gold#qa-10)

In monoatomic form, 10 to 30 milligrams only, monoatomic cobalt in the human body will build up a type of thermal regulation system that will allow your energy field to be greatly enhanced. More than that will actually engender spontaneous combustion. […] It is a flux collapse.— Bashar, Basahr Monatomics And The White Power Gold (basahr-monatomics-and-the-white-power-gold#qa-6)

The plants are designed as a type of matrix conversion unit that directly converts the etheric energy from its basic state into the monoatomic state directly. They are mini fusion reactors.— Bashar, Basahr Monatomics And The White Power Gold (basahr-monatomics-and-the-white-power-gold#qa-5)
