# Peace

In Bashar's teaching, peace is presented as something to be expressed and preferred rather than waited for or demanded. Two complementary forms appear in the source transcripts: a daily practice of communicating a preference for peace to the institutions you are (without accusation, without demands, from unconditional love), and a collective daily minute of silent meditation on world peace that generates an electromagnetic momentum around the planet. Both treat peace as an active state of being and a chosen vibration, not a political outcome or the absence of conflict.

## Communicating the preference for peace

Asked what someone who prefers peace can do, Bashar's reply in Conviction locates the action in a stance toward the institutions you are part of. He first reframes the relationship — you are your governments, your political, social, religious, and economic institutions, you are these ideas — and then gives a single, repeated instruction: communicate every day, without admonition, without accusation, without demands, but from complete and total unconditional love, and let them know that you prefer peace. A postcard, a letter, a brief and loving statement — "I prefer peace. Thank you very much. Your loving equal" — sent every single day, by enough people, lets those institutions begin to think that peace is truly what you want, and may allow them to co-create the idea that it is all right for them to prefer peace as well.

Two features matter. The communication is deliberately stripped of blame and demand, because peace here is not a negotiated concession wrung from an adversary but a preferred state offered by an equal. And the medium is unambitious: a postcard or a one-line statement, sustained daily. The practice is built to be repeatable, not heroic.

## The collective momentum of synchronized peace

Avatar Group opens with a different but compatible practice: the Peace Clock. Each day at midday, in whatever way seems most beneficial, take one full minute of silent meditation on world peace. Because the planet is divided into time zones, this creates a band of focused thought that circles the Earth — whenever it is noon anywhere, that slice of the planet is focused on peace for one minute, all the way around, day after day. The framing is energetic: you are beings of living energy, and the thoughts you focus utterly determine the nature of the physiological reality you experience, so a self-chosen daily meditation of peace creates a more conducive and conductive atmosphere in the combined world energy — fertile ground in which thoughts of peace can take root and grow toward the light of your joy and love.

The purpose of the Peace Clock, Bashar stresses there, is not to bring more extraterrestrial contact but to increase humanity's interactions with itself as one world — a synchronizing act of collective self-recognition rather than a petition to outside forces.

## Peace as state of being, not political result

Read together, the two practices point to the same underlying view: peace is a state of being you choose and radiate, not an outcome you wait for institutions to deliver. The Conviction framing refuses the adversarial stance (no admonition, no accusation, no demands) because that stance would reinforce the very vibration of conflict peace is meant to replace.

The Avatar Group framing refuses passivity by making peace a daily, physically-expressed practice that builds momentum.

Neither promises that a particular political result will follow; both locate the work in the preference and the practice themselves.

## Practical implications

Treat peace as a preferred state you communicate, not a demand you make. The Conviction practice — a brief, daily, loving statement, sent without accusation — is offered as the form; the stance (an equal addressing an equal, from unconditional love) is the substance.

Make it daily and repeatable rather than heroic. A postcard or one line every day, sustained, is presented as sufficient to let institutions begin to reflect the preference back.

If collective practice calls to you, the Peace Clock offers a structured form: one silent minute at midday on world peace, riding the planet's time zones into an unbroken band of focused thought.

Neither practice promises a specific political outcome. They are framed as acts of self-recognition and collective alignment, not as policy levers; treat any political effect as secondary rather than guaranteed.

This chapter presents Bashar's framing of peace as a state of being and a daily practice. It is not foreign-policy, legal, or security advice.

## Representative passages

Without admonition, without accusation, without demands, but from complete and total unconditional love, you communicate with them every single day. And you let them know that you prefer peace… If you truly believe in peace, is it not worth the small amount of time it takes to sit down and express in a very brief and loving statement, I prefer peace. Thank you very much. Your loving equal.— Bashar, Conviction (conviction#qa-10)

Whenever it is noon, midday in your time zone… if that entire shall we say slice 124th of your planet is focused for one minute at midday on that meditation of world peace and then the next flight and the next flight and the next slide all the way around your planet around and around and around day after day after day you will actually generate an electromagnetic momentum that will almost literally spin you and accelerate you in a higher vibratory pitch.— Bashar, Avatar Group (avatar-group#qa-1)
