# Phoenix Frequency > Phoenix frequency is a vibrational state of renewal that burns away misaligned energies and rises renewed from the ashes - Canonical: https://sassani.app/topic/phoenix-frequency # Phoenix Frequency Bashar's framing of a vibrational state of renewal, rebirth, and transformation, drawn from the legendary phoenix — a bird that lives hundreds or a thousand years, builds a nest it ignites, consumes itself in flame, and from the ash rises renewed. The "phoenix frequency" is Bashar's name for the inner vibration that does this work in consciousness: anything not representative of your preferred vibration is ignited and reduced to ashes simply by your remaining in that frequency, and from the ash a fresh version of yourself emerges. The sessions presenting it are pure Bashar monologues, both transmitted from the city of Phoenix, Arizona — itself built, Bashar notes, on the ashes of the older Hohokam and indigenous cultures of the desert. ## The symbol and the spiral The phoenix of legend lives anywhere from 500 to 1,000 years; it builds a nest, ignites it, consumes itself utterly in the flames, and within the ash a new egg, a new hatchling, a new version of itself rises to begin another cycle. The symbol stands for rebirth, renewal, eternity — and also for cycles, but Bashar is precise that the cycle is not a closed repetition: it is a spiral, ever expanding, never the same place twice, carrying forward the accumulation of all previous experience and applying that to the new cycle. Each circuit leaves you standing a little higher than the one before, the prior ashes forming the foundation for the next iteration. ## Crimson, gold, and the clear silver light The phoenix is depicted in scarlet and gold — crimson and gold. Bashar points out that among the natural elements, almost the only ones that express any kind of striking color are copper and gold, the precise colors of renewal; a ring or artifact of copper and gold (often with silver as a uniting element) becomes a phoenix-resonance permission slip, the Atlantean orichalcum. The two colors combine into a clear silver light that is a third reality — more than the sum of the two — and that third light carries the clear sight of a thousand years. Anything you observe in your experience that is not representative of the vibration you prefer is ignited and reduced to ashes simply by your choosing to remain in that frequency; the clarity, inspiration, and imagination that come in the phoenix frequency act as a beacon so you can stay harmoniously aligned with it. ## The flame at the core cannot go out A central assertion of the phoenix frequency is that the flame at your core cannot be extinguished — it is the fire and flame of your very essence, of your existence itself. There is nowhere for it to go; it can only shine. The darkness that surrounds the light is precisely what allows it to always shine: against the blackest black, the light shines brightest, so the darkness is not to be feared but understood as the polarity in perfect balance that serves the light. The same teaching returns in the firestone meditation: the dark seed of fear plucked from within is laid in a nest on the firestone and ignited, body and nest and seed reduced to white ash that blows away to reveal a clean, pristine egg, from which a fresh phoenix hatches in which that particular fear no longer exists. ## Accelerated frequency and the frozen now As you accelerate your frequency to match the events you are creating, your experience paradoxically appears to slow down and sometimes even freeze. You become perfectly matched, perfectly synchronized with the event, and can see at a glance the totality of the aspects and facets of your creation. This is Bashar's "infinite speed" principle: when things move at infinite speed they appear perfectly still, because they are everywhere at once. He likens it to your scientists freezing light by intersecting it with ultimately cold pockets, and to the empty chamber at the core of Essassani spacecraft — a core of frozen light from which all forms of energy are created at such high acceleration that it seems to stand perfectly still in a clear, infinite moment of pure knowing. ## The natural self, not the supernatural A recurring move in these sessions is to strip the outdated label off what you called extrasensory, supernatural, paranormal, or metaphysical and recognize those perceptions as simply your natural senses — part of your original kit, not accessories. Nothing is outside nature or creation. Dropping the definitions that create the illusion of separation reveals the senses that have always belonged to you; becoming more natural is what allows you to perceive into realms that heretofore appeared invisible. The phoenix frequency is therefore not the acquisition of new powers but the acknowledgement of your true natural state. ## The thousand-year cycle and the hybrid path The phoenix monologue sets the thousand-year lifespan of the legendary bird against a collective threshold: from the splitting prism of 2012 forward, the human race creates a thousand years in which it will know peace, expansion, creativity, and far less limitation, becoming true fourth-density beings and, like Bashar's civilization, quasi-physical, quasi-spirit. At the end of that thousand-year cycle, humans will no longer need to incarnate in that density; many will become guides and spirits for those who come after, and the earth becomes the sixth hybrid race, blending with the other five — including the Essassani and the Yayel — to form a seventh hybrid species, an unimaginable time of imagination. ## Practical implications Examine your old definitions. The first practical step in both sessions is to look deeply at every definition you hold and ask whether it serves you. Whatever does not fit the core structure of existence can be released — ignited and reduced to ashes to form the soil of the next cycle. Definitions inherited from family or society that no longer resonate are not honored by keeping them; Bashar frames releasing them as the truest way to honor those who handed them down. Use the firestone meditation as a permission slip. Pluck a dark seed of fear from within, nest it on the firestone, let body and nest and seed ignite and reduce to white ash, and from the ash watch a fresh phoenix hatch in which that fear no longer exists. Repeat it seed by seed. Bashar is explicit that this is a permission slip — useful if it works for you, not required, because you do not need any tool if your belief system says you do not. Create copper-and-gold artifacts as reminders. A ring of copper and gold, optionally with silver as the uniting clear light, can serve as a tangible permission slip that resonates with the frequency of renewal. This is the orichalcum of Atlantean memory, offered as a reminder, not a requirement. Let circumstances not matter; state of being matters.
