# Self Healing

> Self-healing in Bashar's framing treats the person as the primary agent who activates their own capacity, with outer tools and body conditions as reflections of emotional patterns rather than causes of cure.

# Self Healing

In Bashar's framing, healing is something the person does, not something done to them. Outer tools — crystals, healers, practices — function as triggers that activate a capacity the person already holds; the sessions describe the body's apparent loss of a capacity as a temporary exploration of other facets, and a physical condition as the surface expression of an underlying emotional pattern. These metaphysical interpretations are not medical diagnosis and are not a replacement for professional care.

## The person is the one who heals

The Creators session makes this explicit when asked which crystal is best for healing. Bashar answers that there is no one type foremost in healing, because the person is always performing the healing themselves; the crystal is a personally meaningful trigger that activates the person's own abilities, and "every object is only a tool, a symbol, of yourself, another portion of yourself."

The same logic applies to color: a particular color can support a chosen energetic focus, but it does so as a vibrational symbol the person takes on, not as an independent agent.

When a participant says she has forgotten a healing ability she once had, Bashar reframes the apparent loss as exploration: "You have been exploring other facets of your crystal, so that when it comes time for you to operate as a crystal again, you will be aware of using more of your facets." The instruction is not to judge or chastise yourself for the time spent away from the capacity; that time is treated as integration work that supports later functioning.

## The physical as a continuation of the emotional

The Creative Conflict session applies this framing to a participant who describes a physical condition diagnosed as MS and a fear that her healing is being blocked by negative entities. Bashar treats the physical condition as continuous with an emotional pattern: the person has been unwilling to feel her emotions because of a belief that expressing them would mean being out of control, being taken advantage of, and being unloved. The emotional fear is described as having "allowed you to physically attract into your body those kinds of things that are vibrationally representative of the emotional fear," translated physically as toxins and poisons.

The guidance is to work both directions simultaneously: clarify the inner (emotional) work, and also take ordinary outer care of the body — water intake, not adding more toxins — so the emotional work can proceed more easily. The framing explicitly includes a nonjudgmental posture: "don't judge yourself negative for having done so. Allow yourself to recognize simply what has happened and allow yourself to start now."

The same session separately addresses the "negative entity" framing the participant had adopted. Bashar redirects that concern back to the person's own beliefs: no outside practitioner can remove something connected with your process — only you can — and the only real question is what you think and feel about what you are told.

This is consistent with the Creators teaching: whatever appears to be blocking healing is to be examined as a definition or belief, not as an independent power.

## Practical implications

Treat outer tools — crystals, colors, practices, healers — as triggers that activate a capacity you hold, not as independent agents that do the healing for you. Choose the one you feel an affinity with.

If a capacity seems to have gone dormant, do not judge yourself for the time away; treat that interval as exploration of other facets that can support later, more integrated functioning.

Where a physical condition is present, the sessions frame it as continuous with an underlying emotional pattern; clarifying the inner work and taking ordinary outer care of the body are presented as simultaneous rather than alternative.

Do not give an external explanation (a "negative entity," another person's reading, a fixed diagnosis) authority over your healing. The sessions redirect such explanations to the definitions that make them seem to have power.

These metaphysical interpretations are not medical direction. The sessions explicitly do not replace professional care; the MS exchange, for example, acknowledges the participant's lived condition rather than denying it, and the guidance adds ordinary physical self-care rather than dismissing it.

## Representative passages

You have not lost them. You have been exploring other facets of your crystal, so that when it comes time for you to operate as a crystal again, you will be aware of using more of your facets. Do not judge or chastise yourself for exploring other portions of yourself in order to integrate yourself so that you may function more wholly.— Bashar, Creators (creators#qa-3)

There will be no one type that will be utmost in healing. You are always performing the healing. Which type of crystals you feel you have an affinity for allows you to use that crystal as a trigger to activate your own abilities. Every object is only a tool, a symbol, of yourself, another portion of yourself.— Bashar, Creators (creators#qa-2)

Again, don't judge yourself negative for having done so. Allow yourself to recognize simply what has happened and allow yourself to start now knowing that as you begin to clarify your inner work, you will also simultaneously attract yourself to circumstances and situations that will allow you to clarify the outer work. … Those things can be done to help lighten up your body so that the emotional work can also simultaneously be easier.— Bashar, Creative Conflict (creative-conflict#qa-6)

That person cannot remove anything that is connected with your process. Only you can. They can help, they can suggest … but they cannot remove them, only you can. The only issue at hand is, what do you think about that? What do you feel about that?— Bashar, Creative Conflict (creative-conflict#qa-4)
