Bashar's own civilization is described as more closely related to the civilizations associated with Sirius — physical and non-physical — than to the Pleiadians; and his world carries at least one physical structure built specifically as a frequency-tuned antenna for receiving a direct download from his own future self in the Sirius system. ## A trinary-helix antenna on Essassani tuned to Bashar's future self in Sirius Asked as one sculptor to another to describe a sculpture he has made on his planet, Bashar describes a trinary helix — three ribbon-like bands with a wide base, twisting around each other about one mile up into the air, made of a whitish frosted crystalline nanotechnological clay. It stands on the western part of one of Essassani's three main continents, near where Bashar was physically born, and it was made through a process because he enjoys the process. Among its many functions, the structure operates as an antenna of a particular frequency that picks up directly on the signature vibration of Bashar's own future self in the Sirius star system. Standing inside the trinary helix, he receives a direct download of vibrational energy from his own future self in Sirius. The teaching point is the future-self linkage, not a generic "Sirius broadcasts here" claim: the structure is tuned to a personal future-self frequency, and Sirius happens to be the locus of that future self. ## Earth, Essassani, and Sirius as a triad consciousness In a separate session, Bashar places Earth, Essassani, and Sirius within a single "triad consciousness" in which the civilizations take turns doing different things. Bashar notes this rotation is not currently happening in a physiological sense for humanity, but he affirms it does occur in dream reality: many humans are, in dream reality, already teaching elsewhere. ## Sirius energy on Earth: dolphins, amphibious god-myths, and orichalcum Bashar identifies Sirius as one of the primary civilizations that has been in telepathic communication with the whales and dolphins of Earth for quite some time. When a questioner asks about a primal energy spiral connected to Sirius and to the name Dagon, Bashar directs them to the dolphins as the individuals on Earth who have been receiving communication from Sirius energy for a long time. The dolphins have consciously recognized it; humans received it too but, through the filter they had created, mythologized it. That mythologizing is, in Bashar's account, the source of certain amphibious god-myths. Some Earth civilizations created the idea that beings from Sirius came in the form of half-man, half-fish, amphibious creatures. Bashar states they are not literally half-man, half-fish — the amphibious quality reflects what humanity could understand at the time of Sirius's quasi-matter-energy nature, and water was the only available analogy for the liquid-seeming environment those beings were sensed as existing within. Some of the idea of mermaids is attributed to a different source: race memory of genetic experiments in Atlantean days. During the same exchange, Bashar connects the questioner specifically to levels of priesthood in Atlantis that recognized the Sirius communication existed, and notes that some of the vessels used in that priesthood were made of orichalcum — gold, silver, copper, and mercury. He presents the use of those colors and materials in the questioner's current creative life as a form of communication that opens the senses to receive on many levels. ## Practical implications The Sirius teaching translates into a small set of framing implications rather than a practice recipe: Regard Sirius as a vibrational connection point, not a destination. In Bashar's frame, what travels between civilizations is vibrational information; "Sirius" names the source of a frequency, including the future-self frequency Bashar's antenna is tuned to receive. Recognize Earth as already inside a triad. Humanity is part of a consciousness triad with Essassani and Sirius, in which roles rotate over time; humanity's current role is not the end point but one station in a sequence. Treat amphibious god-myths as filtered perceptions of real contact.
