# Summation (Closing Recaps)

The Summation sessions close out a phase of Bashar's interaction by recollecting the core principles in their plainest form — not as a new teaching, but as a return of the tools to the audience. The series marks a shift rather than an ending: the channel puts the principles into practice in his own life, and the teaching is handed back to the learner to live without an external source.

## What gets summed up

The first summation distills years of prior sessions into their simplest statements. The tools are plain and straightforward: act on what excites you the most, and manifest that excitement into physical reality. What you put out is what you get back is the only law in creation; everything else derives from it. And you are always using 100% of yourself, even if you are using 90% to pretend you're only using 10% — you are still a 100% being.

The third summation lands the same set of ideas from another angle. Every single belief, whether positive or negative, comes with its own built-in self-perpetuating mechanism that makes it seem as if that's the only reality that exists, the only reality that works — which is why, the moment someone finds one thing, they tend to think that's it and go around forcing everyone else to believe it.

And the new option for this era: you can now learn what you need to learn through joy, through excitement — because joy and love are literally the substance of creation, not a mood you wait for.

## The bottom line: one law, no resistance

Asked for the bottom line of all the principles, Bashar collapses the framework to a single law and a single felt signal. There is only one law — what you put out is what you get back. Positive action is that which unifies and accelerates in an integrated way; when you have more to work with, the going is easy. The complete lack of resistance lets you know you have arrived at your center of perfect peace, where all possible realities are equal, and therefore it is easy to choose the one you want — because there is not any undue importance that this one be chosen over that one. Going with what you call the flow is not giving up control; it is taking control. It is just that the natural control you already contain doesn't contain resistance.

## The closing game: derive the rest yourself

The sessions end with a parting game rather than a fixed list. The original transmission behind what became the Ten Commandments was, in Bashar's telling, two principles only: there is only one — everything that may appear different is still a part of the one — and what you put out is what you get back, the only law in creation. From those two, the learner is invited to derive the rest, counting one through ten in Bashar's own language as a parting gift.

The third summation closes the same way, with the same counting game and the same reminder: "we leave you with this game. But we do not leave you at all."

## The shift, not the end

The format change itself models the teaching. The channel shifts focus to build Andromeda — a futuristic interactive theme park — putting into practice the principles of acting on excitement, rather than continuing to channel in the same format.

The summation is explicit that this is a shift, not an ending: "we leave you with this game. But we do not leave you at all."

The final message of the series lands the through-line: joy and love are not rewards for the path; they are the substance being walked on. Joy itself, love itself, is what you are made of — literally the substance of creation. That is why being in love means you have synchronized with the prime vibration of existence. The instruction is to be totally in love with yourself and all that is, and then your world will be the garden that it is.

## Practical implications

Treat 100% responsibility as the default. You are always using all of yourself; the only question is how much of that total you are using to pretend otherwise. You are still a 100% being, and the work is to come to terms with where you have diversified your energy.

Use lack of resistance as the alignment signal, not effort. Perfect peace is the felt state where all realities are equal and choice becomes easy. If choice feels heavy with importance, that is resistance to investigate, not a sign of how seriously you should take the decision.

Stop waiting for pain to teach you. The summation explicitly opens the option to learn through joy and excitement rather than through pain. Reading pain as the only real teacher quietly rejects the offer.

Let "flow" mean control without resistance, not passivity. Going with the flow, in this material, is taking control — specifically, the natural control that contains no resistance. It is not giving up.

Take the parting game literally: derive your own principles. Given the two principles — there is only one and what you put out is what you get back — the work is to derive the rest yourself, not to collect more principles from an external source.

Notice when the teaching has been handed back to you. The series is structured as a return of tools, not a new deposit. Continuing to chase the next session for novelty after summation may miss the point: the principles are now yours to live.

These implications summarize Bashar's stated guidance and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

## Representative passages

There is only one law. What you put out is what you get back. [...] The lack of resistance, the complete lack of resistance, lets you know you have arrived at your center of perfect peace, where all possible realities are equal. And therefore it's easy to choose the one you want, because there is not any undue importance that this one be chosen over that one. The relaxation of going with what you call the flow is not giving up control, it is taking control.— Bashar, Summation Iii (summation-iii#qa-9)

Now is the time for you to know that you can learn what you need to learn through joy, through excitement. Joy itself, love itself, is what you are made of. Literally it is the substance itself of creation. That's what love is. That's why being in love means you have synchronized with the prime vibration of existence.— Bashar, Summation Iii (summation-iii#qa-10)

The first commandment was, I am the Lord your God, thou shalt have no false gods before me. That is the way it translated into the mentality of the time. However, the transmission was simply, there is only one. Everything you may see that may appear to be a different manifestation is still a part of the one. The second principle and the only law in creation is, what you put out is what you get back. So one and two: there is only one; what you put out is what you get back. It is up to you to play around and come up with what you believe are the rest.— Bashar, Summation1 (summation1#qa-14)

We leave you with this counting of ten. We leave you with this game. But we do not leave you at all. [...] As your vibration changes, as our vibration changes, together we co-create a third reality in which we both can share the beauty of our respective gardens.— Bashar, Summation Iii (summation-iii#text)
