# The Three Absolutes

Where many societies have been handed hundreds of rules, commandments, and moral codes to memorize, Bashar teaches that all of creation actually rests on just three absolutes — the only three principles that are the same for every being, everywhere, in every dimension. Everything else — every variation, methodology, and style of reality — takes its cue from these three. The session presents them as the original basis for what some religions call the Trinity.

## The first absolute: you exist

The first absolute is simply that you exist. Existence, Bashar says, has only one quality — it exists. It does not know how to do anything else; it cannot become anything else; it has never been anything else. Because time is subservient to existence (not the other way around), if you exist now it means you always have and always will. You are eternal, an aspect and reflection of All That Is.

A sharp distinction follows. That which exists can change — it can transform into any of the ways existence can exist — but it will never cease to be. Non-existence is treated as its own separate "space," already full of all the things that will never exist; there is no room in it for that which exists. One does not become the other. The first absolute is therefore a foundational, eternal nature: you will always understand yourself as a consciousness, self-aware, because existence is your fundamental quality.

## The second absolute: the one is all, the all is one

The second absolute names the holographic structure of existence. Every single component of the whole contains all the information, all the knowledge, all the existence of the whole — accessible by every component. As a whole, All That Is knows itself as a single identity and yet is simultaneously aware of itself as the combination of all the components it has created itself to be: all beings, all realities, all conditions, all dimensions.

Bashar offers the ancient analogy of Indra's net — a net of many perfect round pearls, each one reflecting every other pearl in its surface. You only had to go to one pearl to access the knowledge of the total net. This is the holographic structure your physicists are now beginning to recognize. Each being is a perfect pearl containing the totality of the whole; what you access at any moment is a matter of how you adjust your frequency and vibration.

## The third absolute: what you put out is what you get back

The third absolute is that what you put out is what you get back. Every situation that has ever existed, every reality that exists now, every circumstance that will ever exist will always be based on these three principles — and that is all. Everything else is, in Bashar's phrase, "your ballgame": every variation, every subtlety, every manifestation, every methodology, every style of reality takes its cue from these three absolutes.

Together the three are presented as the entire load-bearing foundation of creation. Remembering them and acting from them is framed as the way to a straightforward, clear life — one that can be full of the people, conditions, and manifestations you prefer rather than those you do not.

## How the absolutes connect to the rest of the teaching

The session then shows the absolutes at work in adjacent territory. The discomfort of accelerated transformation is explained as friction between the frequency you think you are and the frequency you say you prefer — a friction created by valuing one frequency above the other. When you synchronize with your natural self, the friction dissolves and transformation becomes ecstasy rather than discomfort.

The same logic underwrites Bashar's redefinition of doubt. Doubt is not a lack of trust; it is 100% trust aimed at a reality you do not prefer. You do not have to learn how to create trust — you are doing it automatically every second. The work is only to shift the direction of the 100% trust you already have toward a definition you prefer.

Fear and excitement are presented as the same neutral energy — "one in doubt, one in joy" — so that what stops a person is never fear itself but the fear of fear. Allowing the fear to be felt transforms it into curiosity, imagination, and excitement.

Each of these downstream teachings is an application of the third absolute: what you put out (in vibration, definition, trust, or meaning) is what you get back (as the reality you experience).

## Practical implications

Treat the three as the load-bearing foundation. When a moral, ethical, or religious rule feels heavy or numerous, test it against the three absolutes; everything beyond them is variation and style rather than absolute law.

Take the first absolute personally. If existence is your fundamental quality, then ceasing to be is not a live possibility; the question becomes how you will exist, not whether. This reframes mortality as change of form rather than as threat.

Use the holographic principle to locate authority. If every component contains the whole, no external source has a monopoly on the knowledge you need; adjusting your frequency is the variable.

Read your reflection as your output. Under the third absolute, the situations you meet are feedback on what you are putting out vibrationally; changing the output changes the reflection.

Meet friction as a sign of split valuation. When transformation feels uncomfortable, the session's instruction is to look for the difference in value you are creating between who you think you are and who you prefer to be; synchronizing the two dissolves the friction.

These implications are metaphysical framing rather than medical, legal, or financial direction; nothing in the session is offered as a substitute for professional care or as a prediction of any particular outer event.

## Representative passages

There really are only three absolute laws in creation. Just three. That's all you have to remember... These three absolutes are the only three principles that are the same for every being, everywhere, in every dimension, on every planet, in every existence, no matter where that may be, physical, non-physical, and what have you.— Bashar, The Three Absolutes Ii (the-three-absolutes-ii#text)

Existence has only one quality. Only one nature. It exists. It does not know how to do anything else. It cannot become anything else. It has never been anything else... Time is subservient to existence. Existence is not subservient to time... If you exist now, it means you always have and you always will.— Bashar, The Three Absolutes Ii (the-three-absolutes-ii#text)

In every single individual component of the whole is contained, all the information, all the knowledge, all the existence of the whole, accessible by every single component... In ancient times on your planet you had an analogy for this concept. Now you call it a holographic structure. In ancient time, it was referred to as Indra's net.— Bashar, The Three Absolutes Ii (the-three-absolutes-ii#text)

Every situation that has ever existed, every reality that exists now, every condition and circumstance that will ever exist, will always be based on the principles, and that's it. Everything else, as you say in your language, is your ballgame.— Bashar, The Three Absolutes Ii (the-three-absolutes-ii#text)

Doubt is not a lack of trust... Doubt is a 100% trust in a reality you don't prefer. Period.— Bashar, The Three Absolutes Ii (the-three-absolutes-ii#qa-9)
