# Virtual Reality

When asked about the future of virtual reality, Bashar uses the technology as a mirror for something deeper: the brain's own reality-projection mechanism. The trajectory he describes moves from external hardware toward direct frequency stimulation, and ultimately reveals that what you call physical reality is itself the same kind of projection.

## From goggles to direct frequency projection

Bashar tells the questioner that within roughly twenty-five years the technology would begin to move beyond goggles and telemetry equipment. The deeper principle is that the brain is already a reality projector; future technology simply takes deliberate advantage of that fact:

By learning how to project frequencies beamed directly into the brain, you will then stimulate your brain to simply project realities in the same way that it does now. Except you can design what realities the brain can see.— Bashar, Be X Staticecstaticmissing Tape2 (be-ecstatic-not-static-missing-tape-2#qa-5)

The mechanism is not magic; it is the same one already running. "Your physical reality is simply such a hallucination anyway," he says — the brain takes the holographic frequencies of energy, is stimulated by them, and projects the experience of a physical world. Designed-frequency projection simply makes that process deliberate.

## The fullness of the projected experience

The passage is explicit that this is not a thin simulation. Bashar describes the projected reality as solid, sensory, and fully interactive:

You will literally surround yourself with what, for lack of a better term at this moment, will seem to be a very solid hallucination… you will be able to create whatever reality you wish around you and interact with it really, very really, as really as you interact with your physical reality now, with all the sensations that go along with it, of touch, taste, smell, hearing, everything.— Bashar, Be X Staticecstaticmissing Tape2 (be-ecstatic-not-static-missing-tape-2#text)

The crux is the framing: physical reality is not the reference against which "virtual" reality is measured. Both are projections; one is unconsciously generated, the other consciously designed.

## How it is used on Essassani

Bashar then gives a concrete example from his own civilization. The spacecraft he describes have no screens or dials; the walls are smooth. The data is delivered by the self-aware ship computer directly into the pilot's brain through a telepathic link, and the pilot's brain creates the experience of seeing a screen:

All of the data that our computer is scanning and processing… we see screens or this data projected in graphic format because the computer simply beams directly to our brain through the telepathic link, all the data necessary, encoded in the frequency that allows us to create the illusion that there is a screen on the wall. But all of that's actually happening in our heads.— Bashar, Be X Staticecstaticmissing Tape2 (be-ecstatic-not-static-missing-tape-2#text)

This is also why, he explains, each craft is tuned to a specific pilot: the frequency is coded to the individual's brain-wave signature, and another person could not interpret it.

## Shared virtual reality and the question of control

Two adjacent points sharpen the picture. First, Bashar confirms that a virtual reality can be shared: "You can create a vibrational net into which many individuals can interact," though participants must basically be physically linked to the beam.

Second, when the questioner asks whether the self-aware computer could take control, Bashar redirects the anxiety: the ship computer is "a physicalized manifestation of our own higher self," which would no more override free will than your higher self would seize control of your physical consciousness.

## Practical implications

Re-frame physical reality as projected. Bashar's claim is that physical experience is already a brain-projection of holographic frequencies; the virtual-reality discussion is a doorway into that recognition, not a separate technical topic.

Notice the direction of the technology. The trajectory he describes moves from external hardware toward direct frequency-based stimulation, leveraging the brain's existing projection apparatus rather than adding more equipment on top of it.

Treat the Essassani craft example as a model. Smooth walls, no dials, data beamed telepathically — the example illustrates a civilization that has integrated the projection principle into its tools.

Do not fear the self-aware tool. A self-aware computer (or any analogous technology) is framed as an extension of higher self, not an entity poised to override free will.
