# The Wizard's Hat (Cone Antenna)

The conical wizard's hat is, in Bashar's telling, a remnant cultural memory of an actual device: an antenna built on the Fibonacci ratio whose job is to translate etheric non-physical energy into physical manifestation — "to bring, euphemistically, heaven down to earth." The session that introduces it presents it as one of a pair of "visual aid" tools (the other being the seven-year chakra cycle chart) being returned to the society at a timing when many such ideas are coming back into circulation.

## What the form is and how it is built

The cone takes advantage of the mathematical ratio that underlies natural growth — the Fibonacci series, approximately 1 to 1.618, which the sessions note appears "in all plants, all animals, all living things, in DNA, in everything that moves and grows." To construct the cone you lay a baseline 13 units wide and draw diagonals from its endpoints up until they touch the corners of a one-unit line at the top and continue to a point. The first seven levels of the sequence (1 through 13) correspond to the seven physiological chakras, and the resulting conical form is "specifically designed to do a particular thing… act as an antenna to translate etheric non-physical electromagnetic reality or spirit into physical manifestation." This, Bashar says, is "the precise ratio and proportion of what you have relegated in your memory to the idea of the wizard's hat, the witch's hat, the sorcerer's hat."

## Remnant memories: the hat, the Tower, the Ladder

Three ancient images are described as surviving cultural echoes of the same form. First, the sorcerer's peaked hat — "it was then thought that by wearing it on the head, you would draw like an antenna of the etheric energy and bring it into magical, transformational, transmutational manifestation through the body and out in magical ways." Second, the internal structure of the cone — cylinders stacked in that ratio — is identified as "the exact proportion of the construction of what your ancient literature calls the Tower of Babel… a wave guide to amplify, refined, etheric energy, and bring it, step it down into physical materiality." Third, the conical and step-form together are the symbolism behind Jacob's Ladder, "that which went from Earth to Heaven, from Heaven to Earth." The forms have, in his words, "become lost in your literature in terms of its original true meaning."

## Specific angles and their meaning

A later session refines the geometry. Built in the Fibonacci proportions, the cone's apex angle is approximately 33.9 degrees — the wizard's-hat form. Another idealized cone — height 33.3 units with a circular base whose circumference (not diameter) is also 33.3 units — yields an apex angle of 19.5 degrees. That 19.5-degree angle is then tied to planetary energy: "your 19.5 degrees of latitude, north and south, will generally represent on most planets the locations of where you will observe most of the vorticular action… the result of the interaction interdimensionally of certain dynamics that are built upon the tetrahedral matrix." The session also notes that a triangle built on the 1-to-1.618 ratio produces a corner angle of exactly 51 degrees with a 78 degree apex — "exactly exemplified within your great pyramid at Giza." Depending on the build, such forms "can be for the accessing of knowledge and information… can in many cases convert aetheric energy literally into electric energy, magnetic energy. Sometimes even literal manifestation can occur."

## Build and experiment

Both sessions emphasize that the tool is to be played with and built, not merely believed. "If you will build, actually physically construct this form in a variety of ways, a variety of sizes, a variety of materials, and place it in a variety of locations on your planet, you will find that it will actually create many different kinds of effects. Experiment with this."

The same invitation is extended in the later session: build these devices out of whatever material you choose, observe the physical effects, and recover ways of doing things that are more harmonious and "have not been experienced on your planet for quite some time."

One questioner reports a lifelong dream of a cone-shaped machine with nested cones, shafts, and slats; Bashar confirms it is "a type of valve situation, a type of transmission like a neuron" based on the same ratio — a regulator that could be built physically or used symbolically to recognize one's capacity to "translate more energy, stepping it up, regulating it as you wish."

## The tool is a reflection of consciousness

The sessions are explicit that the device is not doing the work on its own. To a questioner asking whether a cone or a pyramid would be "better" for ET contact, Bashar declines to rank them: "It is up to each individual in terms of what they resonate to. Their own imaginations, their own creativity, their own inspiration will be their best guide. There is no best way… they are all only reflections of your own consciousness. Your consciousness is what is doing the contacting."

The cone's value is that it physically reflects the energy the user is already capable of using; the consciousness remains the operator. The teaching is framed as a consolidation of older metaphysical tools into "the simple geometric that will perform the same function as perhaps five, six, seven, eight, nine other tools" — a recognition of the connection between etheric and physical already embedded in the form.

## Practical implications

Experiment with the form. Bashar's repeated instruction is to physically build cones in varied materials, sizes, and locations and observe the effects.

The teaching is presented as attributed cosmology, not as a validated engineering or safety specification; treat any build as personal experimentation rather than a guaranteed power source.

Match the shape to the function. The sessions distinguish several idealized proportions — the 33.9° Fibonacci wizard's-hat, the 19.5° earth-vortex cone, the 51°/78° Giza triangle — each said to access different effects (knowledge, electricity/magnetism, literal manifestation).

Use the cone as a mirror, not a motor. The form reflects the consciousness of the user; "your consciousness is what is doing the contacting," and the cone only makes attractive the vibration you are already capable of using.

Stay within ordinary boundaries. Nothing here is medical, financial, or safety direction. The sessions describe attributed metaphysical technology; they do not replace engineering review, electrical safety practice, or professional judgment.

## Representative passages

It is constructed by the utilization of the creation of forms that represent the first seven levels of the Fibonacci sequence that go from 1 to 13… you get a conical form… that is specifically designed to do a particular thing. And that is to act as an antenna to translate etheric non-physical electromagnetic reality or spirit into physical manifestation. That's what this form is for, to bring, in a sense, euphemistically, symbolically, heaven down to earth.— Bashar, The Wizards Hat (the-wizards-hat#qa-1)

That conical hat is a remnant memory of this idea, of this device. For it was then thought that by wearing it on the head, you would draw like an antenna of the etheric energy and bring it into magical, transformational, transmutational manifestation through the body and out in magical ways.— Bashar, The Wizards Hat (the-wizards-hat#qa-1)

When built in these proportions, you arrive at a cone whose apex angle is approximately 33.9 degrees. This will be similar to the idea of what you call the wizard's hat, the Tower of Babel, Jacob's Ladder… It can be for the accessing of knowledge and information. It can in many cases convert aetheric energy literally into electric energy, magnetic energy. Sometimes even literal manifestation can occur.— Bashar, Secrets (secrets#qa-1)

They are all only reflections of your own consciousness. Your consciousness is what is doing the contacting. These things simply act as reflections of what vibration you deem is most appropriate for you, and thus you attract to yourself the things that best physically reflect the energy you are all ready, best capable of using for those purposes.— Bashar, The Wizards Hat (the-wizards-hat#qa-11)
