Get help with Sassani
Sassani is a public archive of Bashar's teachings, with a guided way to explore the material and follow Transmissions across sessions. If something in the app is not working the way you expect, or the archive fails to open, here is how to reach us.

Email [email protected] and describe what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. Include your device type and iOS version if you can — it helps us reproduce the issue faster.
Common questions
Do I need an account?
No. The Teachings archive and Dialogue are open without creating an account or signing in.
A topic or conversation will not load.
Check your connection and try again from the same screen — the app will tell you when a path has paused and offer a way to open it again. If it keeps failing, email us with the topic name and roughly when it happened.
How is this different from Bashar speaking directly?
Sassani organizes and helps you explore Bashar's public material. The in-app guide helps you navigate and discuss the archive; it does not claim to be Bashar or to channel new material.
