Get help with Sassani
Sassani is a public archive of Bashar's teachings, with direct conversation and a way to follow Transmissions across sessions. If something in the app is not working the way you expect, or the archive fails to open, here is how to reach us.

Email hello@sassani.app and describe what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. Include your device type and iOS version if you can — it helps us reproduce the issue faster.
Common questions
Do I need to sign in?
The public Teachings archive is open without signing in. Chatting with Bashar requires sign-in so the conversation stays private to you.
A topic or conversation will not load.
Check your connection, then reconnect from the same screen — the app will tell you when a path has paused and offer a way to open it again. If it keeps failing, email us with the topic name and roughly when it happened.
Does Bashar speak directly in chat?
Yes. Bashar speaks directly from the public material available to Sassani. The product does not claim to channel new material beyond that corpus.
